Semi-Private Membership

In addition to small-group mat Pilates, Philadelphia Pilates Club offers semi-private apparatus sessions. These sessions include Mat + Tower and Reformer Pilates I & II.

Our semi-private sessions, capped at two students, offer the personalized attention of private instruction with the energy of a shared practice. These sessions are ideal for students who want more individualized guidance than a group class.

Mat + Tower is a hybrid class of mat Pilates and tower / Cadillac, offered Monday and Wednesday at 10AM. Elevate your mat Pilates practice by incorporating spring-based resistance on the Cadillac and tower. 

This is session is a great tool for deepening your understanding of the Pilates method, challenging your core strength, and enhancing your body’s stability and flexibility.

Reformer Pilates I, hosted Thursdays at 10am, progressively develops stability, coordination, and a deeper understanding of the Pilates method. This class is appropriate for beginners through intermediate students.

Reformer Pilates II, Tuesdays at 10am, is designed for those with prior Pilates experience who are ready to build upon the foundations of their practice. This class moves at a steady pace and introduces more complex exercises, coordination challenges, and additional strength-based work.

These sessions can be booked as individual drop-in sessions, or with the Semi-Private Apparatus Session (4-Pack). The package has a 45-day expiration from the date of the first session booked.
