Studio Policies

Grace Period

There is a strict 5 minute grace period for all classes.

If you arrive more than 5 minutes after a class has started you will not be able to enter. Please give yourself ample time to find parking.

Missed Classes

If you do not attend a class, you forfeit the class credit and a $15 missed class fee will automatically be charged for each incident.

If you were missed during check-in, or did not attend due to an emergency, please reach out to studio@philadelphiapilatesclub.com.

Late Cancellations

Any booking canceled less than 4 hours before the class start time is considered a late cancellation.

A $10 late cancellation fee will automatically be charged for each incident, but the class will be credited to your account.

Membership Commitment

Memberships require a minimum 2-month commitment before changes or cancellation.

Memberships renew automatically on the 1st of each month and leftover credits do not rollover.

If your schedule or needs change, cancellation requests must be submitted by email to studio@philadelphiapilatesclub.com with at least 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing date.

If a membership is cancelled before completing the 2-month minimum, a $25 early termination fee will be charged.

Class Packs

Class pack credits expire automatically at the end of their validity period, based on the date of the first class booked with the package.

Expired credits cannot be reinstated or extended.

Private Session Packs

Private session credits expire automatically at the end of their validity period, based on the date of the first class booked with the package.

Expired credits cannot be reinstated or extended.
