I’ve never done Pilates before. Where should I start?

3

Start with Mat Pilates I - Foundations.

This class is specifically designed for beginners, returning movers, or anyone curious about Pilates but unsure where to begin. We break down the fundamentals: breath, deep core engagement, and key exercises in a supportive, unhurried environment.

Students are welcome to take this class as long as they wish, and many prefer this class based on personal preference. There is no rush or imperative to advance into a higher level class.

Do I need to be “in shape” to attend?

4

Not at all. Pilates is a practice, not a performance.

Classes are designed to meet you where you are. Progressions are always offered, and no one is expected to keep up or “push through” discomfort.

Many students come specifically because they want a safe, intelligent way to build strength and move better.
