A beginner-focused class designed to introduce the fundamentals of Pilates in a supportive, educational environment. Ideal for first-timers, returning movers, or anyone wanting to build a strong foundation.
Sunday Mat Club
Our signature weekly class. A progressive, open-level classical mat Pilates experience that follows the traditional mat order to help you build strength, endurance, and body awareness over time.
Private Pilates Sessions
One-on-one instruction tailored to your goals, needs, and experience level. Privates are great for personalized support, injury considerations, or accelerated learning.
Duet & Small Group Sessions
Train with a friend or small group while still receiving individualized attention.

Custom Pilates experiences for celebrations, corporate wellness, community events, or special occasions. Sessions can be tailored for group size, experience level, and location.
All classes are taught with care, clear instruction, and a focus on learning—not performance.
I’ve never done Pilates before. Where should I start?
3
Start with Intro to Classical Mat Pilates.
This class is specifically designed for beginners, returning movers, or anyone curious about Pilates but unsure where to begin. We break down the fundamentals—breath, core support, alignment, and key exercises—in a supportive, unhurried environment.
Most clients benefit from attending Intro 2–4 times before transitioning into Sunday Mat Club.
Do I need to be “in shape” to attend?
4
Not at all. Pilates is a practice, not a performance.
Classes are designed to meet you where you are. Modifications are always offered, and no one is expected to keep up or “push through” discomfort. Many clients come specifically because they want a safe, intelligent way to build strength and move better.
