Mat Pilates I - Foundation

An introductory class designed to build a strong foundation in classical mat Pilates. This class emphasizes core engagement, breath alignment, and movement patterns of essential classical mat Pilates exercises.

Ideal for beginners or anyone looking to refine their technique in a slower, more instructional setting. 

Mat Pilates II - Flow

A faster paced class focused on building strength, increasing stamina, and integrating the principle of flowing movement.

Participating in this class assumes familiarity with the classical mat Pilates repertoire, but thoughtful options are provided for all students.

Mat Pilates - All Levels

A fun and challenging class rooted in classical mat Pilates.

This class is suitable for everyone and offers thoughtful options for all students.

Class Schedule

Philadelphia Pilates Club will offer 23 classes per week, based on the schedule above. Memberships and class packs will allow booking for all classes, both in-studio and the off-site Sunday Mat Club.
